This smart collection offers hard-wearing accessories with ingenious features and day to day essentials. All designed with a heart and mind to make life with kids even more special.’

I designed Plumcake kids with my friend Marian du Rond, a fashion designer who had also just had her first baby. Our target was a new generation of parents, sophisticated professionals who traveled, were fashion savvy and looking for products that fit into their design conscious lifestyle. Many of the products were multi-functional, such as the award winning Sleeping Bag,  Baby Carrier and  Magic Rain Jacket. Others were simply very practical and useful, like our neutrally styled Baby Bags designed to be used by both mom and dad. Last of all, the products for the home were contemporary and up-to-date. Many of the products were included in important international exhibits on Italian product design and in the ADI Design Index.
